What does Benlee Concepts do?
We supply pre-finished Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) Kits for homes, patios, carports, tiny homes, granny flats, sheds, portable buildings, and cold rooms. Our kits are fully engineered, custom-designed, and ready to assemble, making your build faster, simpler, and more energy efficient.
Do you sell complete kits or just panels?
We supply complete kits, including panels, fixings, flashings, and engineering – everything you need to get started. Each kit is custom designed to suit your project and location.
Can I build it myself or do I need a builder?
Absolutely – our kits are perfect for owner-builders, tradies, or DIY enthusiasts. The system is simple to assemble, and we provide support along the way. For larger or complex builds, you may choose to work with a local builder.
DESIGN & BUILDING
Do you offer design and drafting?
Yes – we can design your layout or work with your existing plans. Every kit is customised to your size, needs, and site conditions.
Are your kits engineered and compliant?
All our kits come with full structural engineering and meet Australian Building Regulations. They’re rated for cyclonic and fire (BAL) prone regions.
Can I install solar panels on the roof?
Yes – our insulated roof panels are fully trafficable and strong enough to support solar installations.
Can you build on sloped land or do multi-storey homes?
Yes! Our SIPs are lightweight and modular, making them ideal for sloped sites and double-storey designs. We’ll work with you and our engineers to ensure a smooth build.
Can you run services in the panels?
Yes, you can! We have numerous methods to run and conceal services inside the core of the panel.
What panel cuts are required on-site?
The only cuts required on site are the window and door openings and any angled wall panel cuts to suit the pitch of the roof.

How do I get a quote?
Just head to our Contact Page and fill out the form. We’ll ask for a few details (like location and size), and if you have plans or sketches, even better! We’ll then send through pricing tailored to your project.
How long does it take to get my kit?
Once your design is approved, kits usually take 3–6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery, depending on complexity and location.
Do I need council approval?
Yes, just like any construction project. We’ll provide the necessary engineering documents to support your application. It’s always best to check with your local council on specific requirements.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
We currently service the Eastern States of Australia and can discuss other locations as required
What equipment do I need to install the panels?
Most installations can be done with basic tools. Larger panels may require lifting equipment or extra hands. We’ll guide you through what's needed based on your kit.
